An overview of the country's people groups, focusing on those who still have little or no access to the gospel in their own language and culture.
Belize is a multiethnic, majority Christian nation with wide religious freedom. Most of the population already has access to the gospel, but some groups remain a prayer priority, certain Maya communities in the south, the more closed off German speaking Mennonite colonies, and minorities such as Indians and Chinese. The main challenge is not a lack of churches, but bringing a living, contextualized witness to the cultures and languages still little reached.
