Overview

Bosnia and Herzegovina is home above all to Bosniaks, Serbs and Croats, who share a language but are distinguished by their inherited faith. The Muslim Bosniaks are among the peoples in Europe least reached by the gospel, with very little Christian material in their language and a very low number of evangelicals. Local Christian communities are small, and the religious identity tied to ethnicity makes evangelism a delicate challenge.
