An overview of the country's people groups, focusing on those who still have little or no access to the gospel in their own language and culture.
Luxembourg brings together 15 different ethnic groups within its borders, a direct reflection of its extremely high proportion of immigrants. Only one of these groups, the Jewish people of German origin, is considered unreached by the gospel. The other groups, including the Luxembourgish people themselves, have some historical Christian presence, but in widely varying degrees of spiritual vitality: most are only superficially or partially reached, a sign that there is still much ground for the gospel to be lived deeply, even where the church arrived centuries ago.
