Who they are

The Aramba are an Indigenous community living in the forests and river basins of Western Province in Papua New Guinea. Preserving their ancestral traditions and their own language, they live in small villages closely integrated with the natural environment. Although elements of the Christian faith are already present in the region, many still hold firmly to traditional beliefs and need deeper biblical discipleship.
