Who they are
The Becheve live in the Manyu region of southwestern Cameroon and in the Obanliku area of Cross River State, Nigeria. They speak Iceve-Maci. Most follow traditional religions, while a minority identify as Christian. For speakers who can already read English, a primer is available to help them learn to read and write their own language.
