Who they are
The Muslim Bhand form a community traditionally linked to the performing arts, folk theater, and mime in northern India. Historically called upon to entertain courts and villages at weddings and festivals, they preserve a rich heritage of humor and social satire, maintaining their Islamic faith and family customs passed down from generation to generation.
