Os bolongan são um povo indígena originário do norte da ilha de Bornéu, na Indonésia, com raízes históricas ligadas às margens dos rios e ao antigo sultanato da região. Tradicionalmente dedicados à pesca, à agricultura e ao comércio fluvial, preservam fortes laços comunitários e uma identidade cultural marcada pela convivência com as florestas tropicais e os cursos de água.
