Who they are
The Cimbrians are a Germanic minority living in small mountainous communities in northeastern Italy. Descendants of medieval migrants from the Bavarian Alps, they preserve an archaic variety of the German language and unique cultural traditions in their alpine valleys. Although they possess a strong historical Christian heritage, few have access to biblical discipleship that transforms daily life.
