People
Who they are
The Daonda are a small Indigenous people who live in the tropical forests of Sandaun Province in Papua New Guinea. With strong community ties and rural traditions, they preserve their own language and a way of life based on farming. Although Christianity is part of their recent history, growth in faith depends on resources in their own language.
