The Davelor inhabit the small islands of the southern Moluccas in Indonesia, maintaining a traditional coastal way of life. They speak Dawera-Daweloor and preserve strong communal ties to their homeland. Although most identify with historic Christianity, there is a great need for spiritual renewal and biblical discipleship in their own mother tongue.
