Os Geungeu são uma pequena comunidade indígena do grupo linguístico Mon-Khmer que habita regiões rurais e montanhosas no sul do Laos. Vivendo tradicionalmente do cultivo da terra e muito ligados à floresta, eles preservam costumes ancestrais e uma forte tradição oral, mantendo sua identidade cultural transmitida de geração em geração.
