Who they are
The Gimme are an indigenous community living in the mountainous Adamawa region of northern Cameroon. Known for their attachment to their ancestral lands and simple communal way of life, they primarily grow crops on the hillsides. Although most profess the Islamic faith, local traditions still shape their customs, family values, and understanding of the spiritual world.
