Who they are
The Guanace are an Indigenous people of northeastern Brazil, with historical roots in Ceará and neighboring regions. Participating in the region’s rural life and work, they communicate in Portuguese and keep the memory of their ancestors alive, cherishing their family ties and community identity. Although the Christian faith is part of their history, there is an ongoing need for spiritual renewal and biblical discipleship to strengthen local households.
