Who they are
The Hoava are a small indigenous community living on the island of New Georgia in the Solomon Islands. With strong ties to the land and sea, they preserve their native language and communal way of life through fishing and subsistence farming. Although Christianity is part of their recent history, biblical discipleship and the training of local leaders remain essential.
