Who they are
The Jat Baliyan are a traditional community in northern India, belonging to the broader Jat cluster. Historically known for their strong ties to agriculture and their organization through community councils, they hold a deep sense of family honor and clan loyalty. Their cultural identity is firmly rooted in rural traditions and Hindu practices, with no known presence of the gospel among their families.
