The Kalumpang are an Indigenous people who live in the mountainous interior of Sulawesi Island in Indonesia. Culturally close to the Toraja, they live in rural villages surrounded by river valleys, where they preserve strong family ties and ancestral traditions expressed through their own language and communal life.
