The Karfa are a small ethnic group living in the hills of Plateau State in central Nigeria. Also known by the name of their language, Duhwa, they preserve ancestral customs associated with farming and communal life in small villages, maintaining a strong attachment to their distinct cultural identity among larger neighboring peoples.
