The Katla are an indigenous community inhabiting the slopes and valleys of the Nuba Mountains in Sudan. With their own language and a strong connection to the land, they preserve their cultural heritage amidst geographical isolation and the challenges of the region. Although historically integrated into Nuba communal life, they remain without significant contact with the gospel.
