Who they are
The Kelong are an Indigenous people living in the mountainous region of Alor Island in eastern Indonesia. Known locally for their Klon language, they live mainly by subsistence farming and maintain strong community ties. Although many profess the Christian faith, elements of traditional beliefs still shape significant aspects of their daily lives and spiritual understanding.
