The Keo inhabit the hillsides and valleys of the island of Flores in Indonesia. With a rich Austronesian cultural heritage, they maintain strong community ties and a deep attachment to the land through traditional farming. Although most profess Islam, ancestral beliefs continue to influence daily life and social customs in this island community.
