Who they are
The Hindu Khumra form a traditional community established in northern India. Historically dedicated to specialized manual trades, they preserve strong family ties and distinct customs in the daily life of their villages and neighborhoods. Their cultural identity is deeply tied to Hindu devotions and festivals, in a social setting where the message of the gospel remains virtually unknown.
