The Navut are an indigenous community in Vanuatu, in the South Pacific. Living in villages surrounded by the islands’ tropical landscape, they maintain their mother tongue and strong kinship ties. Their identity is rooted in a simple communal way of life, attachment to ancestral land, and respect for oral traditions passed down through generations.
