Who they are
The North Babar are an Indigenous people who inhabit the northern part of Babar Island in the Maluku Islands of Indonesia. They maintain strong community ties and preserve their mother tongue in coastal and rural villages. Although most people belong to traditional Christian churches, there is a great need for spiritual renewal and biblical discipleship that reaches the heart of every family.
