Os nyeu são uma pequena comunidade indígena do nordeste da Tailândia, pertencente ao tronco linguístico mon-khmer. Vivendo em aldeias rurais, mantêm suas tradições ancestrais e uma língua própria em meio à forte influência da sociedade majoritária. Sua espiritualidade combina crenças nos espíritos locais com práticas cotidianas, preservando uma herança cultural única transmitida de geração em geração.
