Who they are
The Paipai are an Indigenous people native to the northern Baja California Peninsula in Mexico. Historically connected to the region’s mountains and valleys, they preserve ancestral traditions such as pottery and crafts made from natural fibers. With their mother tongue under intense cultural pressure, they seek to keep their identity alive and maintain the community ties that sustain their families in their homeland.
