Os sansis muçulmanos formam uma pequena comunidade no Paquistão, com raízes históricas ligadas a antigos grupos nômades da região do Punjab. Hoje estabelecidos principalmente em áreas rurais e periféricas, preservam sua identidade cultural enquanto compartilham o idioma punjabi ocidental. Totalmente integrados às tradições islâmicas locais, vivem em relativo isolamento social e sem contato conhecido com o evangelho.
