The Seze are an indigenous people living in the mountainous areas and valleys of western Ethiopia, belonging to the Omotic linguistic group. Traditionally devoted to family farming and life in small rural communities, they preserve their mother tongue and ancestral customs. Although Islam is the predominant religion, there is a significant and growing Christian presence seeking to share the faith in the heart of their families.
