Os Sonsogon são uma comunidade indígena que habita as regiões montanhosas e florestais do norte de Sabah, na ilha de Bornéu. Integrados ao mosaico cultural dos povos dusúnicos, preservam laços profundos com a terra ancestral e mantêm tradições transmitidas oralmente ao longo das gerações. Vivem principalmente do cultivo de subsistência e da colheita florestal, valorizando a solidariedade comunitária em meio a um cotidiano simples e reservado.
