Who they are
The Tangsa Taisen form a Naga tribal subgroup inhabiting the mountainous areas between northeastern India and Myanmar. Guardians of expressive oral traditions, they make their living mainly by farming on hillsides and preserve strong community ties in their isolated villages, keeping their dialect and ancestral cultural heritage alive.
