The Vafsi are a traditional community established in the Markazi province of Iran. Guardians of an ancient and unique language related to the Tati group, they inhabit villages surrounded by valleys and mountains.
Community life is shaped by agriculture, neighborly solidarity, and a cultural identity formed by Islam, remaining almost entirely detached from any biblical witness.
