Who they are
The Zargars are a Shina-speaking people living in the mountains of South Asia. Their name originates from the craft of goldsmithing, a tradition that marked the history of their ancestors. They are Muslims and maintain a strong connection to the Shina language and culture, forming a small community that is little known outside its native region.
