Os changos são um povo indígena costeiro originário do litoral árido do norte do Chile. Historicamente conhecidos por sua profunda ligação com o oceano, eles desenvolveram técnicas singulares de pesca e navegação adaptadas às águas do Pacífico. Hoje, lutam pelo fortalecimento de sua identidade cultural e buscam transmitir suas tradições marítimas às novas gerações, integrados à sociedade chilena de língua espanhola.
