Os chinantecos de Valle Nacional são uma pequena comunidade indígena que habita as encostas férteis e montanhosas do estado de Oaxaca, no sul do México. Guardiões de uma variante singular da língua chinanteca, preservam tradições agrícolas ancestrais e um forte senso de cooperação comunitária. Sua vida social é moldada pelo apego à terra e pela vivência coletiva da fé em suas vilas.
