The Garawa are an Aboriginal people originally from the Gulf of Carpentaria region in northern Australia. As custodians of a rich heritage of songs, art, and deep connections to their ancestral land, they preserve their community identity and the Garrwa language, passing down traditional knowledge and values of mutual care from generation to generation.
