Who they are
The Inga are an indigenous Quechua people living mainly in the Sibundoy Valley and neighboring areas of southwestern Colombia. Known for their extensive traditional medicinal knowledge and their connection to the Andean-Amazonian forests, they keep their own variety of the Quechua language alive and preserve a rich communal identity amid modern challenges.
