Who they are

The Kasua are an Indigenous people who live in the tropical forests of the Mount Bosavi region in Papua New Guinea. Traditionally engaged in hunting, gathering sago, and subsistence farming, they preserve their mother tongue and a strong communal life. Although they live in remote areas, much of the community has embraced the gospel in recent decades.
