Who they are

The Kirira are a small Indigenous people living in the tropical forests of Papua, Indonesia. Living in remote riverside communities, they maintain a deep connection to the land and to their mother tongue, Kirikiri. Although some members of the community profess the Christian faith, geographic isolation still limits access to ongoing discipleship and biblical teaching in their own language.
