Os matsés, também conhecidos como mayoruna, são um povo indígena que habita as florestas tropicais da bacia do rio Javari, na fronteira entre o Peru e o Brasil. Falantes de uma língua da família pano, mantêm profunda ligação com a selva amazônica, guardando conhecimentos ancestrais de caça, pesca e cura tradicional em uma região remota e de difícil acesso.
