Os tamilouw são uma comunidade costeira originária da ilha de Seram, nas Ilhas Molucas, na Indonésia. Falantes da língua sepa, eles mantêm fortes laços comunitários e tiram seu sustento tradicionalmente da pesca, da extração do sagu e da agricultura familiar.
