Os Umalung são uma comunidade indígena Dayak que vive nas regiões florestais e ribeirinhas do interior de Kalimantan, na ilha de Bornéu. Preservam tradições antigas e um idioma próprio, mantendo laços estreitos com a terra e o cultivo comunitário. Suas práticas cotidianas e espirituais permanecem profundamente ligadas às crenças tradicionais de seus antepassados e à harmonia com a natureza.
