Os yamannu são uma comunidade tradicional do Sri Lanka, historicamente ligada ao trabalho artesanal com ferro e à metalurgia. Integrados à sociedade cingalesa, eles preservam costumes ancestrais e têm a língua cingalesa no centro de suas vidas diárias.
