Who they are
The Beldar Sunkar are a community historically devoted to stone cutting and civil construction, living in southern India. Integrated into the Kannada cultural and linguistic environment, they preserve their caste customs and Hindu religious devotions. They remain a frontier people group, with no established Christian communities among them.
